By using FamJam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the platform.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime. Refunds are at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use FamJam for illegal purposes, harassment, or to upload harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

FamJam is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
